Description
Mako Chomp 7ft Pool Table is the top of the range 7ft table produced by Mako.. The people behind Mako have been importing games tables from around the world since 2006 and as such have built up a vast knowledge over this time. From this knowledge and by working closely with its manufacturers, Mako are able to offer not only high-quality games tables which have all been tested to the latest European safety standards but also excellent value for money for its customers.
The Chomp is a great table and comes with all accessories to play straight out of the box to include 2 x cues, a full set of pool balls, triangle, cloth brush and chalk. Assembly is very simple following the detailed instructions all to produce a solid and sturdy table.
The Chomp is available in a range of cloth colours and in both a Black and Mahogany finish.
At 7ft this is bigger than a traditional pub pool table and nearer in size to the American Pool Tables so is ideal for playing both types of pool. Like pub pool tables the Chomp has an auto ball return system in place to ensure pockets do not become full and all the balls are available to be reracked at the end of the table as soon as the game has finished.
Leg levellers are also included so even if the floor is wonky, the table can be adjusted to give a level playing experience.
The baize, as standard with Mako tables, is of a very high quality which makes for outstanding play, coupled with the perfect response cushions this is sure to please all home use players.
The Chomp offers the best play possible from MDF tables, the only way to go better is to invest in a slate bed table. This is top of the range for a reason and people both young and old will not be disappointed.

Pool table is really smart, easy to assemble, chose the grey cloth and it's lovely but the cloth is very thin and week and will leave marks easy but other then that it's lovely

Absolutely made up with it no issues easy to put together balls roll nicely cushions bounce the balls well having the balls roll to one pocket makes it easier to restart next game or retrieve the white if I had anything to make it perfect would be there are no lines and dots on table to place balls other than that no faults

Solid pool table offering great value for money
The pool table overall is great and good value for money. Our table had a scratch on the top when received, which was satisfactorily compensated for. The 7ft pool table with ball return is extremely heavy as the top is all in one piece. If this is going anywhere other than ground floor, make sure that it will fit up your stairs and that you have some strong folks to move it! The cloth is starting to mark after a month of use, some marks disappear after brushing but some remain, so I am hoping that the cloth stands up to the test of time, hence 4 stars.
